The Rudy mobile application serves as a modern online/offline tool to facilitate the administrative maintenance activities of technicians who often work outside the reach of networks. The application cooperates with FaMa+/EMA+ systems.

The application allows:

• have control over your planned requirements clearly in the calendar

• choose from unassigned requests

• add files and photos to the request

• post comments on the request

• communicate with the dispatcher

• display a map of the place where the request was made

• charge the costs associated with the performance of the request

• monitor the exceeding of the established limits for accounting costs

• report changes made by the dispatcher
