Using this application, you can view all the details regarding your mobile network, view your current location, and find the nearest cell tower to where you are located. This will allow you to determine the distance between your phone and the cell tower.
This function returns all observed cell information from all radios on the device, including the primary and neighboring cells, but does not account for any other information
Your phone returns to you the CellID, mnc, mcc, etc and the signal strength for each communication network.
Here are the information displayed:
- Cell ID
- LAC
- MCC
- Signal Strength
- Latitude an Longitude of the cell tower
- Distance between the device and the cell tower
