Positive thinking is a skill that anyone could learn, train and master. Positivity Tracker is a free app that helps you to think positively.

How does the app work?

Positivity Tracker is a workout app for the brain. The app lets you set goals, rate your positive thinking, do exercises and track your progress as described below.

Set goals

Set a goal with your target level of positive thinking that you want to achieve. Positivity Tracker employs a user-friendly scale from 9 (Exceptionally positive) to 1 (Exceptionally negative).

Rate your positive thinking

Rate regularly how positively you think. This is an assessment of your thoughts, that you can control directly, not your feelings or your mood!

Exercises

Positivity Tracker contains a set of exercises in positive thinking. You apply the exercises to your everyday-life to improve your positive thinking and note your progress and observations. Practice makes perfect.

Track your progress

View your rating history in charts and compare your historical ratings with your goal. You can also return to performed exercises and review your previous inputs.

We define positive thinking as the ability to relate and react to events in your life by:

2. Spending energy on what you can affect; and

3. Accepting what is beyond the power of your will.

Who made this app and why is it completely free?

The app has been developed by Positivity Tracker AB, a company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Positivity Tracker has been supported by contributions from The Positive Conspiracy, which is a global network of people who are actively conspiring to make the world more positive. We believe that if enough people would actively work on their positive thinking, we could create an upwards spiral which would benefit the humanity as a whole. We are convinced that positive thinking has the potential to unite people irrespective of their nationality, culture, religion and political views.

We are driven by the cause to make the world more positive and that's why we want to make the app available to everyone free of charge. We hope that we will be able to make future, improved versions of the app and any feedback on what you like about the app and how it could be improved would be very much appreciated.
