Pickles delivers real-time research via instant one-on-one messaging, group chats, missions and video diaries.

· One-on-one instant messaging with our team of friendly(ish) moderators.
· Group chats with everyone taking part in the research.
· Upload images to answer our questions, if the words don’t come easily.
· Video uploads.
· Missions. We might set a task; whether that be to take a photo, or find out some information, or to go and ask a question.
