Every pregnancy and child is different. The need for science-based nutrition isn’t. That’s why we created the Nutrimom program, because the right nutrition now sets your child up for a healthy life.

And because no two pregnancies or children are exactly the same, so why would any two nutrition plans be? Sure, maybe the basics are the same. No raw fish, no alcohol, and so on. But beyond that, your nutrition should be as unique as the baby it's supporting. That's what we believe. Our registered dietitians, lactation consultants and experts (in physical activity, sleep, and stress management just to name a few) will work with you to create custom plans that aren't only right, but right for you.
