Here Suppose there are 10 corporators who report to local MLA of same party,MLA can have access to dashboard of all corporators and watch which corporator is having how many grievances and how many have been resolved and how many are pending,

he can guide/order them accordingly.

In the same way in any political hierarchy Dist President can have the access of their team member (by their consent only) like Vice president,General Secretory and General Secretory can have the access of Mohalla workers and Mohalla workers can have the access of Booth workers.This way woking and performance of political member can also be gauzed by their own party.
