IRIS Responder

IRIS Responder is part of the IRIS suite of security and alerting tools. Organization members and business employees use IRIS Alert from their smart phone to receive important security alerts, view safety documents and maps, e.g., evacuation routes, and to request assistance. With just a few taps, employees can request medical assistance for themselves or co-workers, notify security of suspicious items or persons, report safety hazards and more.

IRIS Alert is the most commonly used app in the IRIS suite and is intended for non-security/safety staff.

IRIS Responder is normally used by security and safety personnel within the organization. It allows security staff to receive help requests from IRIS Alert users. Responder also enables quick and easy communication between security/safety personnel.
