GoVivo makes it easy for you to communicate to a business no matter day or night, whether a restaurant, doctor’s office, hotel, car service center, salon or any of your favorite businesses. Now you can text a business whenever you want instead of calling.

GoVivo is FREE, private and secure. You create your own User ID. GoVivo does not use any of your devices personal information such as your phone number or contacts. You choose which Merchants you wish to add to your account by simply adding a Merchant ID to your GoVivo contact list. GoVivo is the new way to communicate with the businesses you deal with every day.

Fast and Convenient - Send and receive text messages to and from any Merchant in your contact list, day or night, 24/7. Texts are stored in the system and Merchants respond when they are able.

Create Your Own ID - Select a User Name that works for you. You don’t have to share your real name with any Merchant unless you want to.

Get Discounts From Your Favorite Businesses - Merchants can post Special Offers, such as discounts or rewards, for you to take advantage of. To see a current offer you simply click the “Specials” button within the Merchants page.

With GoVivo, businesses never get your personal information, such as your name or phone number, unless you want them to. GoVivo does not access any personal information from your device.

Full Control - You can choose the Merchants you want in your contact list and can delete a Merchant anytime you wish.

Get Started:

Download the app to your phone and create your User ID.

When you add a Merchant ID to your contact list you have to initiate at least one text to that Merchant in order for you to be put into their system.

GoVivo does not use SMS to send or receive messages but either your Wi-Fi or Cellular data connection. Although GoVivo uses very small amounts of data in the receipt and transmission of your messages, it is possible that additional carrier data charges may be incurred.
