Oписание EmAlert - Application for emergency situations

Pусский

Это приложение предназначено для студентов, а также сотрудников для использования внутри.

Remember : If the user belongs to any institute then he/she should register as whether he is student or employee else normal users should register as students such that this app will be more beneficial to them.

This application is meant for Educational institutes, where students can raise emergency alerts either to their contacts, as well as faculty members. The same is for the employees, they can raise alerts, to the fellow members or a specific group of employees as well as students.

Apart from those generic alerts, you can have a personalized contact list to send messages at times of emergency, your Geo location will be sent along with the message.

For Students:

> Ragging

> Kidnapping

> Natural Calamities

> Accidents

> Violent Activities

For Employees:

> Accidents

Normally what the app does for the student module is that , the user can choose for two types of alerts i.e manual and automatic alert.

Under the manual alert, here comes the images that are associated with those situations which are only activated with a just one swipe upward.

While under the automatic alert, here when the mobile get a sudden jerk , this may occur in any situation like accident or maybe it’s intentionally then automatically a dialog box is popped up which shows an alert message whether the user is OK or not. If we click on cancel then no event takes place else within after 60 seconds automatically the call forwarded to the prioritized contact list under accident situation in loudspeaker mode and message sent with current Geo location embedded in it.

In the student dashboard,

the request employees module is able to send requests to the employees in case of any problems and this module is set for instant messaging type notification.

Employee module has three modules

>notify student

>notify employee

>check student requests.

In the notify student module,

the employees can send notifications to a group of student of a particular year and through the message dialog box the employees will be able to notify a group of students.

The notifications are stored in the in the server side and are retrieved as notifications when the student gets logged in.

In the notify employee module,

the employees can call for meeting to a group of employees, and those groups are created in the back end in the database. The employee can send message like instant messaging in terms of notification to a particular group and can call for a meeting in the time of emergency.

Similarly in the check student requests module,

the employee can see the requests sent by the students , with its name and the request sent.

In this employee module the accident situation is also added with the same features as in student module.

This application is still in beta phase, updates will be rolled out soon.
