DynaJet® Flex

Tablet based, wireless user interface for a DynaJet® Flex system.

The TeeJet DynaJet® Flex is a agricultural control system used for field application of liquid products. This app will only work as one part of the DynaJet® Flex system. In conjunction with a TeeJet Wireless CAN adapter, the DynaJet® app can utilize an android tablet to to provide a wireless user interface for the DynaJet® Flex system, and replace the standard DynaJet® Flex 7210 console.

The application is only designed to work with tablets, approximately 7" or greater, and Android version of 4.0.3 or greater.

Spraying crop protection products has traditionally been a compromise, requiring the operator to carefully balance ground speed and operating pressure. The DynaJet® system controls the pressure and droplet size across a wide range of speeds allowing the operator to choose the optimum speed that conditions allow while maintaining a consistent droplet size. The compact touchscreen allows operators to easy select droplet size.

The TeeJet DynaJet® Flex Nozzle Control System uses pulse width modulation (PWM) technology with solenoid operated tip shutoffs allowing the operator to control tip flow rate and droplet size independent of one another.

The e-ChemSaver® solenoid-operated tip shutoffs mounted at each nozzle body along the boom control liquid flow based on commands that modulate the “on” vs “off” time of each nozzle. The nozzle switches on and off 10 times each second, resulting in fast reaction times and even spray coverage. By varying the duty cycle of the e-ChemSaver® flow rates can be varied without changing system pressure, resulting in a consistent droplet size across a wide range of ground speeds and application rates. Conversely, this system also allows the operator to vary droplet size as needed from the cab while maintaining a fixed application rate. The DynaJet® system works in conjunction with the sprayer’s existing rate control system to provide a complete spray control solution. It uses a modular, expandable design that allows it to be installed on a wide range of sprayers from compact golf/turf machines to the largest self-propelled models on the market.
