Control Center brings everyday tools together in a control center for Android. Tap or swipe the edge handle to reach volume, brightness, music controls and app shortcuts.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
• Choose a preset, change panel colors or use your own photo as the background.
• Adjust the opening handle’s position, length, color and opacity.
• Drag tiles and shortcuts to arrange them directly in the control center.
• Save separate layouts for portrait and landscape.
• Add, remove and reorder up to 12 tool or installed-app shortcuts.
EVERYDAY CONTROLS
• Adjust volume, brightness, rotation lock and screen timeout.
• Access the flashlight, camera, calculator and timer on supported devices.
• View your carrier, Wi-Fi connection and battery level when device data is available.
• Open Android settings for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data, airplane mode, hotspot, VPN and casting.
• Manage Do Not Disturb after granting the required access.
MUSIC WITHIN REACH
View the track title, artist and artwork from an active music session. Play, pause or skip tracks when the music app supports those actions. This feature requires notification access.
SCREENSHOTS AND SCREEN RECORDING
Take a screenshot or start recording from circular shortcuts in the control center. Screen recording includes a countdown and optional microphone audio. Stop recording, open or share your saved files. Android asks for confirmation for each screen recording session; audio playing inside other apps is not recorded.
PERMISSIONS AND HOW IT WORKS
When you choose to enable it, Control Center uses AccessibilityService to display the edge handle and control center over other apps, open recent apps, lock the screen and invoke Android’s screenshot action. This service does not read window content or monitor your interactions in other apps. You can disable it in Android settings.
The app can also use display-over-other-apps permission to show the control center. Additional access supports specific features, such as changing system brightness, controlling music or recording microphone audio.
Feature availability depends on your Android version, device hardware and granted permissions. Connectivity buttons open Android settings rather than directly switching functions restricted by the system. Background blur depends on device support. Android 8.0 or later is supported.
Control Center is an independent Android app with an iOS-inspired control center design. It is not affiliated with Apple.
