Clockmate

Clockmate is an app for monitoring remote workers, distance workforce and workers on offsite locations. Using a system of QR codes, workers are able to Check in at their location and validate this using a QR code generated for the client also. The employee can scan their personalised code to being the ‘Clock in’ process. They will then scan the pre-generated client code. Once both codes are scanned the employee is ‘Clocked in’. the Clock in time is then uploaded to the server.

Upon completion of the task, the employee can ‘Clock out’ but reversing the process. This way employers are able to monitor the activity of their staff and ensure that job times are logged and monitored. This app and softare can be used across a range of industries and reports can be generated for individual clients, staff and periods of time.
