To Fans Christian Nodal, Christian González Nodal, is a Mexican singer-songwriter of mariachi music. Nodal is known for debut single, "Adiós Amor".---

"Adiós Amor" (English: 'Goodbye Love') is a song written by Salvador Garza and is the debut single by Mexican singer Christian Nodal.---

"Adiós Amor" reached number one on the Top 20 General Mexican Songs Chart and number two on the Billboard Top Latin Songs chart in the United States.---

To promote the release of the song, Mexican singer Julión Álvarez invited Nodal to sing on stage at a sold out concert in Guadalajara, Mexico in December of 2016.

"Adiós amor" was originally composed by Salvador Garza as a Banda song, and it was first recorded and released by Los Dareyes de la Sierra in 2008.---

Instead of a Banda ensemble, the instrumentation in Nodal's version includes a Mariachi ensemble as well as a Norteño accordion. Nodal claims that he invented this mixture and calls it "Mariacheño"; however, there's been recordings featuring both Mariachi instrumentation and Norteño accordions as early as Angélica María's "Me gusta estar contigo" in 1973 or Juan Gabriel's "Caray" in 1983.---
