Please have in mind that our in-house developed Natural Language Processing service(using advanced Machine Learning techniques) achieves more than 80 % success rate but still many tweets are tagged wrong. We are continuously improving the service to achieve better results. Nevertheless all trends and ratings shown in the charts are valid because of the statistical distribution and millions of tweets that are being mined per week.
