Route Tracker

'Route Tracker' lets you record your route while biking, jogging or walking. While recording, the app marks points on a map at a fixed interval of time. The interval can be adjusted in the settings screen. Once you've finished recording you can save the route and view it again at a later time. You can also save your routes as GPX files. GPX is an open format for saving GPS data.

Additional features:

You can send your location by text message or email. The message sent will be a url link to 'maps.google.com' with latitude and longitude information. The app lets your enter a phone number or email address directly or choose one of your contacts to receive the message.
