By far the biggest beneficiaries, need not fiddle with restaurant menus and complex waiter interactions while ordering their food.
Just sit in the restaurant , tap the QR on the table , order via the application.
The application would automatically connect you with a waiter, who would deliver your order to you. You can also see the pending order on a TV screen if such is present in the establishment.
Once done. Ask for the bill via the application. Pay the bill . Press Exit in the application and off you go .
For Waiters

Sit back and relax. A waiter / server doesn't need to hang around the restaurant by marathoning across the ailes to and fro searching for a potential customer who needs his/hers' attention.
Instead of the waiters going to get their orders , the order would come to them via a push notifications.
