Rocklogger Unlocker

Unlocker app for Rocklogger (geology tool for measuring rock orientation)

NOTE: If Rocklogger is not unlocked after successfully running the Unlocker, stop Rocklogger & Rocklogger Unlocker in the task manager/recent apps, then re-open Rocklogger.

Purchase this app to unlock Rocklogger and remove the evaluation version's limitations (evaluation version can only save 3 records per 3 minutes, and magnetic logging is limited).

Stereonet plotter:

-Plot records from log files as poles or planes on a stereonet

-Draw poles or planes on the stereonet by touching or using the sliders. Use this to find intersections of planes or trends of pole clusters

-Filter records by plane type

-Each plane type is plotted in a different colour

Android Wear companion app:

-View and save live sensor readings (including stereonet preview) from your phone remotely on your watch, and vice-versa. Great for taking measurements in hard to see places, eg overhangs

Custom basemaps:

-Plot records on custom basemaps in various formats:

-URL tile providers

-Zip files

-Simple directory of z/x/y tiles

Logging:

-Show stereonet preview on logging screen

-Define your own extra text and dropdown fields, to fit your logging scheme

-Use a wired headset as a remote control to log hard-to-reach surfaces

-Export logs in KML format (in addition to CSV) for use in Google Earth (Android or desktop versions)

Internet access is required to run the unlocker.

Rocklogger will be temporarily unlocked whilst in Google Play's refund period (15 min). At the end of this period, run it again (with internet) to permanently unlock Rocklogger.

You can then uninstall the unlocker if you wish.

Rocklogger is a geological tool for measuring the orientation of rock outcrops. It uses the phone's compass and orientation sensors to measure dip and dip direction, or dip and strike, in a single click.
