As soon as you download it to your mobile phone, you will be asked to fill out a form, which will be sent to the operators of the Monitoring and Control Center (CMC), who will then give you access to the application through confirmation via email. .

All the functionalities of the application are totally free.

Rionegro Seguro has the following buttons for sending alarms in emergency situations or requirements: panic, theft or suspicious activity, consumption or sale of narcotics, on the way, I'm here, disturbance in public space, traffic accident, hole in the public roads, waste on public roads, domestic violence, fire and / or disaster, damaged lighting and medical emergency.

For your safety, the application can be hidden after sending an SOS alarm.

To avoid false alarm triggers, you can block the application with a username and password, as well as a counter before sending the event to cancel the signal.
