3. CV ‘s will reach recruiters in proper Format. System will automatically sent a template email to recruiters in a proper format. Just opening the email allows the recruiter to access whether the candidate can be considered for the position.

4. Can only apply for the profiles which match experience/ Irrelevant CV’s will be avoided. Immediate responses to candidates from recruiters.
