Customer service and business tactics need serious help. I signed up for a trial, could not find the station I desired.. however I forgot to cancel the trial and was then charged. I immediately cancelled and tried to collect a refund. I literally didn't use the app or service. No refund... hiding behind Google Play's Terms of Service is not a way to conduct business... everyone has to accept those terms to even access your app. Get real and meet people where they are at. I hope $9.99 is worth losing a customer for life
