A simple and good browser with TTS capability using both Google and Samsung voice engine, giving very good speech.
Can read in background and shutdown mode.
Can disable images in web page (no adblock).
Can position where the reading begins.
Have a read mode that extracts only the text.
Text can be send via sharing and read.
I have not try open file, because I have a good epub reader that can read any text format.

Don't understand why web sites doesn't implement reading capability. Modern browser have such function including voice recognition. Addons on browser sucks too much.
