ReMindCare

ReMindCare is an app originally developed exclusively for patients from Early Psychosis Unit of the Psychiatry Department of the Hospital Clínico de Valencia.

It consists of an app that seeks to improve the evaluation of the clinical status of patients and the communication between patient and physician.

What is ReMindCare?

ReMindCare is an app that conducts real-time health status assessments to allow physicians to have a more accurate picture of how patients felt during the time-frame between their hospital visits.

How does it work?

After installing the app on an Android device with the help of the physician, patients will receive a series of notifications and questions to answer for evaluating their health status. The answers will be stored in a secured database that only the physician can access.

In case the app detects any significant variation in the health status of patients, the physician will be notified and will contact the patient if necessary. Besides, patients who are not feeling well could use the "Urgent Consultation" button to ask their physicians to contact them as soon as possible. By pressing this "Urgent Consultation" button, physicians will answer in less than 48 hours.
