Raja Ravi Varma Central School was started as a project of Raja Ravi Varma Cultural Educational centre, Kilimanoor.
The School began to function in the present campus from September 1993 and recording a steady progress then onwards. The School building was inaugurated by Sri. T. M. Jacob, the then state minister of cultural affairs.
