• Complaint Management: Residents can raise requests, lodge complaints, give suggestions related to their apartment or complex and track its progress, provide comments till the tickets closes.
• Facility/Amenity Scheduling & Booking: Check Availability and Book facilities like Party Hall, Swimming Pool, Lawn Area etc.
• Automated Billing & Payments: View maintenance dues, pay dues online using payment gateway (debit card, credit card etc.)
• Goods In / Out Management: Monitor or control movement of goods on a real-time basis.
• Shopping: Avail services like cab booking and food ordering through well known service providers from the App's 'Shopping' section.
