QTA E-Licensing is an internal app for authorized Qatar Tourism staff involved in licensing and regulatory case work. It brings case handling, document workflows, and CRM-aligned updates into one mobile experience so teams can work from the field or the office without losing context.

Staff sign in with your organization’s Microsoft identity. The experience is built around licensing cases: you can view and work through case information tied to Dynamics, track stages and status, manage assignments, and work with case documents (including uploads where the process allows). The app is designed for day-to-day navigation—clear structure for lists, case detail, and actions—so updates stay traceable and aligned with the same backend systems your organization already trusts.
