This app is used by Publix associates and select business partners.

• Monitor work orders pending for repairs.

• Capture location coordinates upon checking in or out from a work order.

• Verify equipment to be repaired using the bar code scanning feature.

• Use the camera feature to capture before/after service images.

• Update resolution notes and add parts to work orders.

• Move work orders to different stages of completion (Open, Acknowledge, In Progress, Completion, and Sign Off).
