Project Legacy Facility

Project Legacy Facility is the staff side of Project Legacy. A parent generates a short-lived pass for their child in the Project Legacy app; staff redeem it here.

What a pass carries: the child's first name and an id, the caregivers the family has on file, and the parent's own morning note. Nothing else: no surname, no date of birth, no history.

What staff can do:

Add a pass with its 6-character code. The roster lives in the app for the shift and is not stored on the device.

Support now: three taps describe the moment (what set it off, where you are, what the room is like) and a calm two-step plan is written for it, with a cue for your own posture first. Read it aloud in a clear system voice.

Quiet room: a checklist and timer for a calmer space, with the parent's note in view.

No connection: fixed offline steps, kept on the device, clearly marked as written in advance.

Logins are issued by the facility's administrator; there is no sign-up in the app. The app never records audio and never plays a family member's voice. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Project Legacy Facility is a staff support tool. It is not a diagnostic device, does not assess or predict anything about a child, and is not a substitute for the facility's own judgment or protocol. In an emergency, follow your facility's protocol.
