NTT techno cross is to provide an Android app "ProgOffice Enterprise".

By using this app, you can make your Android device a thin client (the phonebook / call history / SMS / mail data is not saved in the Android device, but saved on the server), so that the company (=) The administrator) realizes Android device management for employees (= users).

1. Phonebook / call history / SMS / mail data is stored on the server. (Mail is stored on the mail server)

By referencing the data stored on the server, the app can use each function without leaving any data on the Android device.

--Since data is not saved in the Android device, it is safe even if the Android device is lost or stolen.

--Call history / SMS message data is sent from the Android device to the server on the cloud.

2. As the default SMS app, you can send and receive SMS messages. You can use it with the same operation feeling as other SMS apps.

3. With the incoming call pop-up function, it is possible to display the caller information when receiving a call even if the phonebook data is not saved in the Android device.

--When receiving a call, the incoming phone number is collated with the phonebook data on the server. The app will display the identified caller information on a pop-up window.

● Corporate archive for call history and phonebook data

-By using this application, you can send the call history to the server of ProgOffice Enterprise without leaving it on the Android device for viewing and management. (You can also specify to leave the call history on the Android device)

･ By using this application, you can use the phone application only with the phonebook data registered in the ProgOffice Enterprise server without storing the phonebook data in the Android device.

(You can make a call from the phonebook displayed in this application, or check the caller's information (name, company name, department name, etc.) when receiving a call.)

● Default SMS handler

・ You can send and receive SMS by using this application. -By using this application, SMS data sent and received can be sent to the server of ProgOffice Enterprise for viewing and management. Also, it does not leave SMS data on Android devices.
