- The PIN code is a dynamic (not static) element and the generation of this element is formed taking into account all internal security settings that provide for the use of the mobile application exclusively by current employees of PrimeZone corporate clients;

- For initial authorization in the application, you must obtain a PIN code in your account on the program website;

- The application may ask you to enter a new PIN code if our security settings deem it necessary to check whether you are a current employee of our corporate client since employee lists are updated on a daily basis;

- If the program detects that your account is being used from several devices, then the system, as part of its internal security policy, will ask you to re-enter your PIN code;

- When using the mobile application regularly in strict accordance with security rules for existing employees, the program does not request a PIN code on a regular basis;

- As part of our internal security policy, the company does not comment on any feedback from users related to the PIN code element;

- We advise all current employees of our corporate clients 24/7 with the help of the concierge department.
