The present application is designed as an aid to the sports navigator who transits the water mirrors under the jurisdiction of the Argentine Naval Prefecture, not being suitable as a navigational instrument . This system offers information on the status of ports, borders, river heights and history of their measurements, news, hydrometeorological bulletin, notices and useful information on procedures and the location of different PNA sites. It also provides information on the flags of the international code of signals, knots, Morse code, types of clouds and waves.

One of its main features is the possibility that all sports players have access to the Automatic Ship Identification System (AIS) on their device, the device will return the information, but it is not part of the AIS, taking into account that does through an independent data network.

This novelty, especially designed for those who perform recreational nautical activities, allows to locate vessels in real time, identify their position and communicate directly to line 106 to report a nautical emergency, using the telephony network coverage.
