Home Internet Plus application

Plus Internet Domowy is a convenient and free application provided by Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. which helps you to manage the configuration and LTE Home Internet 300 router (ODU300-IDU300).

This easy-to-use tool can be useful to professional network administrators as well as home users and help them manage the router from the administrator level.

Thanks to the Application, you can:

- manage your home WiFi network,

- check the internet connection status,

- configure Parental Control,

- manage the Guest's WiFi settings.

The mobile application works only with the ODU300-IDU300 router introduced to the market by Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. and Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. and is intended for all owners of this router. Other routers or network devices are not supported by the application.

The application works with the ODU300-IDU300 with the installed software at least CPE3_PT30_PL_V1.7.0 (for IDU) and KT2Q_OPT_PLT_1.0.0.33 (for ODU), the appropriate router software must be downloaded via remote update.

How to log into the application

You can log in to the Plus Internet Home application with the login data ("username" and "password") printed on the label of your IDU3000 router and your smartphone or other mobile device must be connected to the router's WiFi network.

If the password printed on the router's label does not match, it means that it has already been changed to a different one - try to remember which one, and if it is not possible, restore the router to its factory settings (the "RST" button on the side of the router's housing), it will allow you to log in The first time you log in, you may be asked to change the login password, the new password must be at least 8 characters long and have the appropriate strength - it must meet at least 3 of 4 rules: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers and special characters .
