An irregular quadrilateral is a quadrilateral with sides that are not all equal in length.At the time of land purchasing state the purchaser is able to calculate the actual measure of such type of irregular shape.To measure the land he has to measure all the sides and a diagonal of the plot then using triangle rules he will be able to can calculate his land area .For calculating that is not very easy task but it is also a time consuming task. But by using this one can calculate the actual land or plot area easily which he is going to purchase.

To do this users have to measure all the four sides of the land IN ORDER that is serially by naming them side 1,side 2, side 3,side 4 and thereafter they have to measure two diagonals' length namely first diagonal length,second diagonal length and place those values in his own diagram.

From their measures values they will be able to calculate the land area easily by using this application.
