This enables all caregivers to always be up to date and able to use this information as a foundation for better communication with the and about the care receiver. This makes the care receiver feel understood and included at the same time as the care receivers family feel confident that the care receivers is in safe hands.

Pletly provides a single source of information where connected caregivers can be familiar with all critical aspects of caring for the care receiver. What does the care receiver like to do? What specific actions can trigger a reaction or panic attack? How to prevent self-harm? This is the type of information to be easily available for all connected caregivers and will relieve the immediate family of stress and anxiety.

In our information library you can manage relevant information about the care receiver according to your needs. If the care receiver is using sign language, maybe you want to feature videos teaching other caregivers how to understand the care receiver’s signs. If the care receiver needs specific physical therapy routines done daily, maybe you want to have videos teaching other caregivers to perform these routines correctly. Our information library is an adaptable tool for you to expand the information sharing as you see fit.

It is important to be able to easily communicate and coordinate directly with other connected caregivers. Therefore we have created our own messaging functionality inside Pletly Pal where you can communicate with all other connected caregivers through both one-to-one chat and group chats.
