Platinum Fitness is a community based private gym facility located in the heart of Waterford city. We cater for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, ethnicities and body composition goals.

Our gym is suited to those that are looking to achieve long term results through following our sustainable exercise and nutrition coaching methods. We are a community based private gym facility that offers Personal Training, Semi-Private Personal Training and Women’s Only Semi-Private Personal Training classes which are all led by our friendly and experienced coaching staff.

Personal Training

Work 1-1 under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches in our fully equipped private gym facility. We also offer a 1-2 personal training service for those who wish to train with a friend, family member or partner.

Semi Private Personal Training

Benefit from all the perks of personal training in a small group environment. This service offers the ultimate flexibility to suit your busy schedule with flexible booking through our booking app.

Women’s Only Semi Private Personal Training

Benefit from all the perks of personal training in a small women’s only group environment.

InBody Scanning

Our InBody scanner quickly measures body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, body water levels and overall body fat percentages, through a simple non-evasive 15 second test. This will allow you to identify changes in body composition, track progress, validate programs, and deliver actionable advice based on trustworthy data.
