BrainRot

How many reels did you scroll today? You'll be shocked.

BrainRot is a reels counter and scroll tracker that automatically counts every short video you watch. Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Facebook Reels and Snapchat Spotlight, all counted in one place.

This is not screen time guessing. This is a real reel counter.

Most people have no idea how much they scroll. One reel becomes 50. Then 200. Then the evening is gone. BrainRot counts every reel and short in the background, so the number climbs while you scroll and you finally see the truth.

📊 AUTOMATIC REELS COUNTER

Turn it on once and BrainRot counts reels and shorts across every supported app. No manual logging, no timer to start. Open your feed and watch the scroll counter climb.

🧠 BRAIN ROT METER

Your daily scrolling becomes a live score from 0 to 100. The more you doom scroll, the further the meter falls. A simple visual nudge to put the phone down before the day disappears.

⏳ FOCUS MODE THAT BLOCKS REELS

Start a Pomodoro focus session and BrainRot blocks reels and shorts across every app for the entire session, breaks included. Not one app. All of them. Real distraction free deep work for study, revision and work.

🎯 DAILY REEL LIMIT

Set a daily reel cap and track it in real time. A clear line between mindful scrolling and an endless feed.

📈 SCROLL STATS & TRENDS

See daily, weekly and monthly scrolling trends. Find which platform eats the most of your time, spot your lowest scroll day, and check whether you are actually improving. Not just today's number. Your whole pattern.
