We could not find a pitch shifting app for the everyday person, so we are offering it here. The core functionality is just adding any audio track from your device and shifting the pitch of the track anywhere between one octave down and one octave up.

The tempo of the track does not change.

After the pitch change you can listen to the changed track, redo the process, and/or export the final track to your Downloads folder.
