1) Added a new current source component.
2) Added ideal modes for capacitors and inductors.
3) Renamed the T flip-flop to T' flip-flop and implemented the correct T flip-flop. @Goodenough
4) Added single-trigger options, chord mode, and ideal mode for simple instruments.
5) Fixed various interface and experimental issues reported.
