Phydeo is the app physiotherapists use to prescribe exercise videos before the patient leaves the room.

FILM IT, SAY IT, SEND IT

• Film your patient doing the exercise right: their own body, their own range, their own setup at home.

• Talk as you normally would while you film. Phydeo writes up the sets, reps and cues for you.

• Read it over, change anything in a tap, then send the link by text or email.

EDIT AFTER SENDING

• Change an exercise, a dose or an instruction in a program you already sent. Your patient keeps the same link and sees the new version.

• Keep your best exercises in your library and reuse them with other patients.

FOR YOUR PATIENTS

• No app to install and no password: they open the link and press play.

• Instructions arrive in their language.

• Reminders help them do their exercises, and you see when they've done them.
