Founded in January 2016 by four friends concerned about the uncontrolled growth of violence in the state of Rio de Janeiro, the OTT-Brazil's main mission is to withdraw all citizens of the routes of the trawlers, false blitzen and stray bullets, that information they are collected, analyzed and disseminated in a very short time.

The concept SP 4.0, Public Security 4.0, which guides our work dynamic is based on safety made the citizen for the citizen (C2C), a kind of security "Smart" where every citizen updated real-time security on your surroundings, helping him and all other participants of our dynamic information network.

Today, present in all social networks, we reach more than 4.7 million people with our reports in real time, where over half of our access network for smartphones and tablets. However, every day we work to increase our network and covering the whole world and thus helping more people.

In view of the foregoing, the OTT- Brazil begins its beautiful story with the certainty that their work is one of the public utility services most important in Brazil, because it puts the life of the human being always first.
