Platform to buy and sell eatables locally

Shop for all perishables; vegetables, fruits, milk, fish, meat, egg, and ready to cook products online from your neighbourhood shops or shops of your choice in your vicinity.

Opescart is a free app for anyone to buy perishable items from the nearby store or store of your choice. Your store will deliver the material at your doorstep. You and your vendor can decide how you pay for the items, whether it is online or cash on delivery.

Similarly anyone can open a shop using the app and start doing business comfortably.

How Opescart works?

Download the app from google play store or apple store. Follow instructions for registration.

If you are a customer (buyer) register as a buyer

If you are a shop owner register as seller.

For customers:

Procure your daily needs from the comfort of your home. Once you have registered as a buyer, you can login to the system. The app will ask for the Pin code of your location. Once you enter the pin code, the app will show all vendors registered with the App as seller.

You can select your seller of choice. You will now see all materials available in the shop and the pictures of the same along with price. You can select the item and quantity you like to purchase. Go on adding all material in the cart. Once you have done send the requirement to the shop. You will

now get the reply whether all materials and the quantity mentioned are available with the actual price. You can now pay for the material and ask the shop to deliver the material.

In case certain materials are not available or the quantity mentioned do not match, the shop will send you a corrected cart with current availability. If you accept the same the bill will be generated for payment.

For sellers:

If you are a seller, you have the freedom to make an online shop within the app so that your customers can see what is currently available. You can update the availability of items anytime. you can add cost of material with every quantity mentioned in the cart.

The customers will send a cart with items to you. You can go through and see that all items and quantity mentioned are available. If any item is not available or the quantity mentioned are not in shop, inform by customer and request for correction. (You can avoid this situation by uploading the

stock periodically)

How to create a store?

A list of products with pictures is given in the app library. Sellers can create a store by adding the produce and setting the quantity and price.

Any item is not available on the library, the seller can send a picture and the quantities which are commonly bought by the customer. The item will then appear in the library.
