Qualification checks and SMS updates

• If your complaint qualifies as a GD, you receive an SMS with the GD number and the investigating officer’s details. A digital copy of your GD is also sent to you.
• If the matter is a case that requires formal action, an SMS will inform you to visit the police station with the necessary information.
• Your local station takes steps based on the type of complaint and keeps you informed.

Information needed to submit

• National ID information, including ID number, date of birth, your name in Bangla and English, father’s or husband’s name, and mother’s name
• An active mobile phone
• A live photo
• Your current address

Check status, contact, and download your copy

You can view the latest status of your complaint inside the app. Contact information for the investigating officer is available when assigned. You can also download your GD copy online for your records.
