Oi_e is the application for customers who have Oi Fibra internet. At Oi_e you can ask for support, view and download bills, change the payment method, track requests, change your Wi-Fi password and much more...

Some customers continue to access the products in the Minha Oi application. Soon the functionalities of the two applications will be together so that your experience is complete.

Identify your profile to know which app to use, Oi_e or Minha Oi.

1. I HAVE CONTRACTED THE INTERNET OI FIBER, MY PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED, BUT I AM HAVING ACCESS PROBLEMS

We need your data and description of the problem to guide the solution. Send an e-mail to us at oi_eapp@oi.net.br inform your full name, phone number registered at Oi_e with area code.

2. I CONTRACTED THE INTERNET BUT IT HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED

Wait for the installation and access the Oi_e application again.

3. MY INTERNET IS INACTIVE OR CANCELLED

Send your request by email to oi_eapp@oi.net.br

4. I HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELL PHONE, TV OR COMBO PLAN

Manage products in the Minha Oi application.

5. I HAVE OI'S INTERNET AND I ALSO HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELL PHONE, TV OR COMBO PLAN

You can manage the internet on Oi_e, the other products are managed on the Minha Oi application.
