With Off, you can control your computers remotely, from anywhere in the world.

Off can do all this to your computers:

• Shut down

• Restart

• Sleep and hibernate

• Lock

• Wake up (Wake-on-LAN)

• Schedule a shutdown, restart or sleep for later

• Keep awake

• Display a message on screen

• Media controls: play, pause, skip and volume

It works with any Windows PC, Mac or Linux PC, at home on your Wi-Fi or away from it over mobile data. There's no complex setup or configuration: install the free Off Helper on your computer and the app finds it.

Control your computers without opening the app. Add Off's Quick Settings tiles to shut down, wake or lock a computer from the notification shade, or long-press the app icon for a shortcut to the computer you used last.

Get notified when a computer turns on, goes to sleep, locks or shuts down, and see how long each computer has been on, asleep or locked, with an estimate of the electricity it used.

If you've got kids, you can use Off to limit how long they spend on their computers. Schedule their computer to turn off when it's time for bed.

Off saves you money on electricity by making it effortless to shut down power-hungry machines. If you stream media from your computer, you can fix problems by restarting it without getting up, or have it shut down at a set time if you're watching something in bed.

Off is secure. Set a password on the helper to stop anyone else using it.

Wake-on-LAN also works with computers that don't have the helper installed.
