1 - Go to an establishment registered in OFF APP (search within the application the category of establishment you want to go to) and see what loyalty it offers to you.

2 - Purchase the establishment's product or service.

3 - Arriving at the cashier make the payment for the product or service purchased. Present your QR Code or barcode via the OFF APP so that the cashier can give your seal of loyalty.

4 - Collect stamps from that establishment with each visit until you earn a coupon to exchange for discounts or prizes exclusive to that location.

These are two steps for your loyalty program to be available on OFF APP.

The first step will put all your company data in the system. After this step, our support team will review the information and approve your registration or contact you if necessary.

Once your registration is approved, your company may enter your loyalty program information, photos and additional information about the establishment.

* How do I stamp or exchange my customer's coupon? *

It's very simple! Just have the OFF APP App installed on your phone and use the “Validate” function, choose your merchant and then choose your loyalty plan. Your camera will open so you can read your client's QR Code on their phone. Read the QR Code the system will automatically give the seal or validate your customer coupon.

Another way to seal or validate your customer's coupon is by using your barcode reader and validating the stamp directly at www.offapp.net.

This is a very simple and practical way where you do not have to install anything on your computer or spend with any device to have your loyalty program for all your customers.

The data you provide with OFF APP is only shared with merchants where you participate in the loyalty program. This data is name, gender, age, city, state, and email. You can request removal of your OFF APP data at any time by contacting android@offapp.net

We request access to your location to find establishments near you. Once you find your property, we suggest turning off your GPS to save battery life on your phone.
