The RTIA BD has been developed with a view to make the Right to Information Act (RTIA) 2009 of Bangladesh digitally readable on any Android devices. Now you can access the RTIA 2009 anywhere by your mobile.

The official statement of the RTI (Right to Information) Act-2009 is to make provisions for ensuring free flow of information and the people's RTI. Right to Information Act allow individuals and groups to understand the policies and activities of the government as a sign of the growing recognition of the importance of the citizen's access to information for strengthening democracy, promoting human rights and good governance.

The RTI Act has 8 chapters and 37 articles. The Article 7 under Section 2 provides the list of exemptions in regard to releasing information and which is mostly in line with the Article 39 (2) of the constitution of Bangladesh.
