Added ability to click line to add an intermediate target and get layup distance and the remaining distance to the flag.
Added click to remove target capabilities.
Disabled GPS after any marker move. GPS is re-enabled when all targets are cleared or you use the menu 'Location' option.
As always feedback and ideas for improvement are welcomed.
