Hygiene Helper supports learning and practicing healthy hygiene habits. The educational modules provide information about a variety of hygiene related topics using text and images. The app also includes morning and evening routines that can be checked off each day allowing users to monitor their own progress as well as to be reminded about what they should be doing to have healthy hygiene habits. Finally, helpful hints are delivered each day on the app's main screen.

This tool is useful for high functioning individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or a variety of other challenges to maintaining healthy hygiene habits.
