i download game and get same thing can i play now or re-download

hopefully... sometimes it doesn't though I've had a couple beta games where I maxed out my character only to have to restart it on the new game

Nope, the message tells you the beta is the beta and the game is the game, you weren't using your google play account so all the data is gone
