Developed in consultation with an Esports Physiotherapist this app allows you to choose your play time, receive alerts when it’s time to take a break, and provides you with easy exercises to do during the break to prevent stiffness, pain and injuries from prolonged gaming. It will also track your total play time, so you can see how long you’ve been playing for!
After the play timer runs out, you will be prompted with several buttons which lead to a YouTube video of a trained Esports Physiotherapist presenting exercises for you to follow. The buttons titles reflect the body part to exercise in the video and will change color from grey to green once the video is completed.
