You need to have GPS and internet connection, also GPS some times takes some amount of time for getting the precise location, Turn ON your GPS then please wait for sometimes for the first time. and when you click on a button it will show a toast message about your position latitude longitude. Then it will start to work. Please wait until showing toast on click.

You need a clear view of the sky to get a GPS signal, ideally outside or at least near a window.
